Patient enrollment process and study flowchart. Among 46 patients who were screened for eligibility, 41 patients received the implant and 38 of them completed the study. All 41 patients who received a study implant were valid for the FAS and SAS, since the primary endpoint was analyzed only descriptively and was not affected by the protocol deviations
