Characteristics of the implant macro design. Thread helix angle: angle between the thread helix and the horizontal to the longitudinal axis of the implant. Apical face angle: angle between the thread face and the horizontal to the longitudinal axis of the implant. Pitch: distance between the center of a thread to the next thread in the longitudinal axis of the implant or implant length divided by the number of threads. Thread depth: distance between the outer contour of the thread and the implant base body.
