Morphological changes of (and microparticle release and fibrin formation by) Ca2+-stimulated platelets. a Washed platelets were treated with 0.1% CaCl2 in sample tubes and then in culture dishes for 5, 10, and 20 min in total. b Washed platelets were treated with 0.1% CaCl2 in sample tubes, immediately transferred onto filters, and incubated for 5 and 15 min in total.
